I have purchased a new handset model#6681 on 29.10.06. With in one year of purchase it got stuck & we are facing some challenges.
To get them resolved we have given our set to Nokiacare-HCL center at Preet Vihar (delhi) outlet on 010.02.07. My Job Sheet number is 1101076660. They have given us 4 contact numbers to check the status before coming to collect the handset. They have requested us to check the status after 3 working days on the telephone numbers mentioned on the Jobsheet issued by them.
Continuously I am trying all the mentioned numbers, but I am unable to get in touch to your executives as all the numbers are busy.
I am working with American Express. Being in the Banking Industry, I have immense pressure to take leave, but some how I have to manage to take a leave to check the status & get my cellphone back.
But question is What is the benefit of buying Nokia (A Big Brand) handset if we are not getting the quality product & services? In industry where the " Customer is the King" - your focus is not on customer. In such a scenario it is better to switch on some other brands which are relatively more cheaper than your product.
Do not buy and stay away from Nokia mobiles!
