I gave my nokia 7260 at nokia care center in jayanagar 4th block first floor, due to some minor key pad problems with the keys 2, 5, 8, 0 and i could call, receive and send messages perfectly. After two weeks they returned a dead phone to me saying it cannot be repaired. I was shocked and asked them why but all they said was " problem cannot be rectified sir! What to do?? ". I received no compensation at all and now my phone does not even switch on... All i want to ask is "is this how a nokia professional customer care centre treat its customers? "
