I haded over my set (n.73) in the global cell world, saleem nagar colony, hyderabad for the problem rectification of my mobiles joystick on 22-08. It was informed to me by mr.srinivas that the handset should be sent to chennai as there was some 'board' problem and it will be get rectified there only. But when i checked my jobsheet status in the the web site it says that the call is closed on 22-08 and when i called to the above said nokia care they say it still takes some time. So, in this regard i kindly request you to put me a return mail regarding the service status of my mobile.
