Refusal on providing services after purchase of the cellphone

I purchased a nokia cellphone (Model no.-6030) from Krishna tele-shop (A-159, Vikas marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092) dated 10/03/07. The phone fell off from the table, and it developed some network problem in it.

I went for its repair at Nokia care service center (Preet vihar branch, delhi). I met Mr. Arvind (BRANCH MANAGER) there. The service jobsheet number was--1101097783, dated 08/09/07, 15.41 hrs... He kept the phone with him and didnt give any repair details on the jobsheet. He told me that he`ll ring me up within two-three days, tell me about the fault in the phone. He never rang me up. Even after calling up for nearly 30-40 times, anybody was hardly bothered to work out on the problem. After that week when i approached the center, Mr. Arvind exclaimed that some liquid has entered the phone and we wont take any pains to get it working again, he didnt even return back the jobsheet and returned the phone as it was earlier.

He tried to show me some liquid present in the phone with a grill separating the two of us. I could hardly observe anything in that and really got furious over the thing as he never informed me earlier about some liquid in it. Beware of this Service Centr!
