I had purchased Nokia 6265- CDMA in the month of Feb, 07 and started experiencing network problem from June, 07. As advised by the dealer I submitted the instrument to the Nokia care centre in Bangalore (Malleswaram) for the service. They committed saying they will rectify the problem in two weeks time. They took almost 9 weeks to deliver the instrument after series of follow-ups and blast. Unfortunately it worked for only two weeks and again I experienced the same problem and again I had given the instrument to nokia care centre on 13th slept, 07. The due date for the service was 26th sept and I also lodged a complaint in nokia care centre. Till today (24th Oct) I have not received my corrected instrument. Nokia customer care is very poor in their service and Nokia is no longer a good product
