CUSTOMER HARASSMENT

Hi,

I had bought Nokia 2760 in the month of Oct. From the day one it was having crecking sound problem, call dropage and eatrly battery dischare problem. Since it was in warrant, given for checking in the same month, came back within 15 day. But the earror could not be rectified. Given again on Nov3.Since then nothing is happening. As per coustmer care centre is the SWAP case. This they are telling from the last 10 days. Now they are not saying anything, when the phone will be replaced
