Hi! I am Netaji Biradar in the month of October I started getting few errors in my mobile N91, it was getting struck when-ever I try to play music, increase or decrease volume. So I consulted the Nokia Care Panjagutta and given my cell for repair on 14th December. They said that they need only two to three days for repair and gave a maximum delivery time on 24th December. After a week they have informed me that there is some problem in a hardware component, it should be replaced and they said that it would be take another week, gave me a second promised date i.e. 29th December. I visited them on that day and they were closed due to PJR’s (Khairtabad MLA) demise, I had to go back. Then I visited them on 31st December only to know that they haven't received the component and asked me to come after five days i.e. 05th January. Hence giving me a third promise date.
They have not given me any cell to use; I am carrying my sim card in pocket for the last 14days. Because of the poor response from the customer care personal daily at least ten to twelve people shout at them. I have never ever seen such irresponsible people in my life.
I have registered a written complaint with the Panjagutta police regarding this, the sub-inspector advised me write a petition and submit in consumer redressal cell. On his advice I decided to put my plea with the consumer redressal cell and personally informed the store manager about my future actions. He is least bothered and very casual about his work.
