I bought a Nokia Phone thinking tht I'm buying from a reputed company and will get a "good" product.
I bought from a 'company store' in a BIG mall expecting good service.
WRONG!! on both accounts..
My phone, which is still in warranty starts to mal function. I go to the store, they tell me 'we can't help you, pls go to the service center.'
I go to the service center, recommended by the store, they are only interested in renewing my warranty, they cannot find the fault with my phone and send it back. I go to another service center, they format my phone, (no backup for my contact as they 'DO NOT HAVE THE FACILITY' wt??)
The phone is still not working perfectly. I have no way of getting it fixed. I just have to throw it away (still in warranty) and just buy a different brand...
The only thing I can do is make sure neither me nor anyone else I know EVER buys Nokia again...
