I have ordered for purchasing the Blackberry Storm 9530 on 24 march via billing id 1004297783 for total amount Rs 12, 298. The delivery period was scheduled within 2 weeks. however when i called up bag it today on 2 April for knowing the status of my product, to my dismay and surprise their representative told us that the product is not in stock and will take another 21 days. Getting annoyed by the reply and their poor services i asked them to cancel my order and refund the money via complaint No. 109301. Also i mailed my grievance to response@bagittoday on 1.04.2011 for redressing the problem.
But no reply or updation has been received so far. Also no refund has been made. there were several confirmation and promotional calls were coming from bag it today till the time i did not cancelled my order, but since i hav cancelled my order, no mail or call has been received.
I understand that this is a fraud company, cheating its customer by using such false website links nad false promotional products. If they dont have product in stock then why do they take the order and deduct the hard earned money of customers.
Looking forward for the early redressal of my grievance.
