Mobile phone sold by nokia not meeting specifications

I had purchased an nokia 3110 as said by nokias specification it would support upto 2 GB but it cant support upto certain MB's itself. the phone automatically gets restarted.

The problems are just within 10 days of purchase. Can company explain are they selling genuine mobile phones at the price they demand?
