Baja electric geyser
Raised a complaint for repairing of geyser, its in warnty period but no one is coming for the same

I have raised a complaint at Bajaj Service center for repairing of my Baja geyser which is in warranty/guaranty period, but no one is coming to resolve this issue. I had called on there customer service center so many times but they are not taking care of my complaint. Kindly help me into this to resolve this issue.
