Bajaj / Air cooler DC 2014 sleeq
Manufacturing defects

I bought a Bajaj Air cooler (Product: DC 2014 ; Sr. No. 0519 ; Batch No.0611 ; GC Sl. No/ Code No. 0065964) from Veerani Electronics, Abids, Hyderabad on 17-02.

I have put it to use on 08-03 and found that following manufacturing defects.

i). " T " shape water pipes connection is broken,

ii). Water is spilling out from the cooler and

iii). Castles are not moving.

I have made a complaint on the above defects to Customer care over telephone No. 1800222252 on 08-03 (Complaint No. 1056142).

Requested to arrange to attend on my complaint immediately.
