A part must be replaced, and has been only 4mounths of purchase

I had purchased bajaj cooler in the month of may (roto cool 2004), and the front flower, which is in front of the rotater, the insed screw is broken, after 3 months of purchase, and i had contacted the delear nearly 6to 8 times, called him many times, when ever i call him he says thts he had placed an order, but i will never get that part, he gives me some excuses, im very disapointed and dont what to do with teh cooler, i can use it and i had waste 7800Rs on it, so i want you to take care of theis issue or replace my cooler, i would waite for a replay (pn no:9966304333)
