Poor product quality & after sales service!

I purchased A Nokia Handset 5700 on 14/07/07.But on 30th july its handsfree was unable to work so I submit it to Nokia Care (Preet Vihar) But They told me to get it Back on 17/08/07.After 2 Days My Handset was also out of order & was also submitted to the same & told to be Get it Back on 3/08/07.But still I cant Get them Back & They are not giving any specific answer.

Kindly do the needful so that I can get them back as soon as possible & advise me smb what can I do against this poor type of product & service!
