Espected sir/madam,
i had purchased a cook top CX9, product no.-04183, batch no.-1210, code no.-0216041 from bajaj electricals on 11 april. we had already complaint 5 times about a particular switch of the cook top but no serious action is being taken by the manager of the company. therefore i request you to please instruct the manager to look into the problem and get it solved at the earliest.
