Lack of after sales service

The fan purchased earlier this year was only used for 15-20 days, when it broke down.

Complaint was registered on 14 April.

No one came to attend the complain (despite a rule of attending complaints within 2 days)

After lots of calls, following up and escalations, a person visited on 19 and said that the fan needs to be replaced.

We had to call an electrician and get it removed.

The dealer's (M/S Frontier Electricals, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi) shop was closed for a few days.

When we went to the dealer (sat 22 april), he said he does not have any fresh piece. Only the one on display (which was old)

He asked us to come the next day, but on calling the next day, he further postponed the matter to wednesday.

I cannot take this any longer.
