I have a Bajaj Food Processor called "Food Factory FX10 " purchased an year back.
It got tripe while i was using. I logged a complaint to "Ganaraj Services", pune.
My compalint id is BL1307.
It is almost 2 months the service engineer has not visited my place and no response from the Ganaraj Services.
I am calling then frequently but no response.
Why company like Bajaj depute such a useless agency for customer service?
Even after calling to the service head Mr Rajesh (Center Head) i did not got any call from service center.
Why didn't Bajaj convey this thing to customers while they purchase any electrical good that the customer will not get any service after the item is sold.
