FAILURE WITH IN 2 MONTHS

I had purhased nokia N70 music edition on 17.9.07.on 1st november i found that there was a charging problem. i took the set to sheetla nokia care at gurgaon. they opened the job card and said that charger was defective. it will take 15 days to replace the charger.

after getting the charger the problem was still persisting.again the set was given to them, fresh job card opened ahd i was informed that there was problem with the battery, hence another 10 days for replacement of battery.

after getting the battery, the problem still continued, third time job was opened and i was said that another 10 days as set was being sent to BRIGHT POINT as they were only authorised for replacement.

my job nos are 026434038/071106/13 6.11.07

026434038/071122/2 22.11.07

since then waiting for replacement.

is there any remedy or only legal action is left
