Since we got the product every second month it stops working. We have to call the customer care number and we get a response saying someone will attend you within next 2 days. The technicians come down and resolve it for the time being. Again the same thing repeats after 1 month. So the concern is they are not providing a permanent solution. Today they are reparing the product again but what will happen after the warranty gets over. So is it a use and throw product after 1 year or that is what we paid for 1 year? We are not happy with the Bajaj Fx10 product at all. The product is not successful.
