Nokia N70
Many times missed calls, receive/dialed numbers not shown

I have purchased N70 in march but, Many times miss call / Receive / Dialed numbers not shown does NOT SHOWN in call registered & this problem told all my friends who have N 70 OR N 72.

MY DEALER ARE NOT respond to my compliant and my head phone also not good Quality. It has break in connector. I HAD PAID 14000 Rs. What should i expect from NOKIA company 70???
