Nokia N70 Music Edition
Handset with the company for the last 2 months

My Nokia N70 was not supporting the headset... just after 3 months of purchase. So i went to the nokia care in shimla and they said that we will send it to the company... And u cant believe, its been two months and the phone hasnt returned .every time i call them, they say that the phone is to be swapped... and will surely come next week... i dont know when there next week will come... i m so harrased with out my phone n now have no way left then to complaint against the company... and the next step would surely be the court... coz there is nothing i can do now... plz help
