With reference to above material booked from Dhanbad to Baruni on 21/05 vide R.R. Number as above. This is to inform you that the above material loaded on 25/05 by train number-18605, as per information given by the parcel supervisor, Dhanbad. But sorry to say that the material is not unloaded at Baruni. Till now the material is not found at parcel office, Baruni. Several times our representative asked for the material in parcel office baruni but no positive answer is given by the parcel supervisor.
Therefore requesting you to kindly see the above matter and arrange to collect the material at destination station Baruni. So that we can deliver the material to Dpt. C.M.M./E.C.R./ GARAHARA. The value of the material is Rupees 1 lakh 25 thousand. Purchase Order issued from C.O.S./ Hajipur, enclosed with this letter.
We hope you may take necessary action for the delay. So that we can collect the material at Baruni station as early as possible or give us any suggestion to collect the material.
