WORST PRODUCT QUALITY

Dear Concern,

I bought one new beetel mobile one week ago. I bought it with high hopes but it is worst product in new set charging port is not working sometimes it works and many times it does not.

I am frustatedd as it is new set please refund my money as i can not trust beetel any more.
