Sub: Out going call are not clear in my hand set GD777 (BEETEL)

With reference to my order number 911117097 of Dehradun for Mobile Phone model No. GD777 was booking on 30th march by mobile phone 9675501553. I have received phone dated 2nd April. But from same date mobile out going call was not proper. I have also talked in HOME SHOP 18 customer care but he say that see this mobile in Service centre. Today I went to service centre but he is saying that microphone are no working proper so in 15 days required to solve this problems. Due to these problems we have to purchase an other mobile for this time period so plz say me is it o.k. to purchase this mobile to HOME SHOP 18.

I want to replace this mobile soon.
