I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased in your store.
On the 225th of April, I bought a brand new Beetel GD405 mobile, When I am using Net on hand set it is being hang and showing error NOT ENOUGH MEMORY & processing speed is slow. It is hanging 10-12 times in a day. No PC Suit availabe for it. To get connected with PC (I have checked on your web sight.
Please advise me what to do because I don't want to get repaired a NEW 2 days old handset. I insist on getting a refund of my full payment or give me the upper model of beetel GD-530 mobile. I will pay the rest amount of it. So please sort out my problem as soon as possible. I am waiting for your favorable response.
