I have placed an order with Bhaap.com vide order #100000709 (placed on April 3 12:40:23 PM IST) for
Sony DRPQ7iP PIIQ Headphones with Volume Controls (Red).
Payment had already made to the company for Rs.990.00 inclusive taxes (online payment). They confirmed the order on email and the amount was also debited from my account. They have not sent me the product and are not replying to any emails. Their address mentioneD is: Corporate Information Bhaap.
But till today, after repeated reminders and requests, neither I have received the item nor any refund has been made to me.
Either this company is fraud or making fool of innocent people by saying they provide cheapest items.
There is no contact details of the company on its website, No Phone Number, No email ID or any ID of any responsible Official from Bhaap.com who can be contacted.
