Dear sir
i made a payment of rs 999 on 5 nov'10 at the site of AIR TEL to get a new connection
of digital TV and was assured that i will get a new connection within 48 hrs.
This is for your kind information that i have not yet got the connection.
In addition to this, i was asked by a senior supervisor
to recharge by rs 200 in order to get the installation, i did that also on 14 nov
my cust id is 3006110696 and booking id is 1903
I have spoken 40-50 times to customer care of air tel and have been
be fooled by the executives.
kindly do the needful to resolve my problem
