I lost my cell and customer service simply rejected to give detail for the same

I lost my cell (prepaid connection) at about 7 pm on 01/09 then on 02/092007 i called reliance customer service center and i asked for some details that my cell is in use and somebody is using my cell as i found my cell busy so requested the executive to give me number which was dialed from my cell and provide me the details of numbers from which he received call then the person told me that i cant give you details then i told him that i you need some verification that all i can provide you but he totally rejected to give the details if they help me then i can trace that person and i can got my cell back but due to their negative reply i cant get any thing
