I HAVE CONVERTED MY NO FROM RELIANCE CDMA TO GSMA BUT UNFORTUNATELY AFTER 45 DAYS IT IS STILL NOT WORKING. BOTH INCOMMING & OUT GOING HAS BEEN BARRED. CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE BOGOS THE DID NOT ADDRESS THE PROB PROPERLY. EVEN I HAVE VISITED PERSONALY TO RELIANCE WORLD 4 TIMES BUT STILL THEY DID NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

RELIANCE SUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THE COUNTRY.
