Hi,

Myself is sachin sawant & i have purchase compaq laptop, along with laptop i got reliance internet access card.

I have paid 3000/- Rs for card & the told me that the card can be used for 3 month free.

I have used for three month after that the have putted me in 1000 /- RS internet plan without any notice send to me.

After after that i was receving 900 /- frist month then 1200 /-

second month.

My internet service was stop for this 2 month but till i was receving heavy bill.

i have paid 900/- rs bill amount, my internet was started for 5 days then again it was stop.

when i spoken with executive it was informed that i need to pay

1200/- rs bill.

i am not happy with service provider & bill charges without informing the customer.
