i purchased a 1.5 ton window ac through dealer CSD canteen at COCKEREL CANTEEN Ranchi on 15 Apr.at 1351 hr i got my self registered at lg call center and was given ID no- C_1041520009 with a promise that within 24 hrs my ac will be installed or local lg rep will contact for instillation details. I reminded the call center at 0900 hrs on a6 Apr that no one has contacted me so for. Again at 1400hrs i contacted the call center who in turn gave me local service center's no The auth service center Ranchi told me that sorry they may not be able to install my ac as they have no time . i requested for the tele no off the owner .i was given the no of MR ADIL 9934320031. Mr adil was not at all sorry for the delay and told me that he will be able to send someone only next day ie 17 apr.17 apr came and gone no one turned up. in the mean time i must have made n no of calls to LG help line. However no action was taken instead igot a funny msg that’ MY REQUEST FOR INSTLLATION IS CLOSED AS THE CUSTOMER WILLCALL’ AGAIN. on calling call center I was asked to register my self once again and was given ID no-C104170978. Fed up and frustrated i contacted mr ARKA GHOSH in charge AREA SERVICE CENTER, who promised that my AC will be installed with in next 24hrs. as im writing this mail no action has been initiated by anyone . at 1835 hrs on 18 Apr i contacted MR arka Ghosh once again who told me that my job willbe done on monday positively as the Person to whom he has assigned my work is not avilable on tele. Meanwhile i recd another SMS from LG Care that my second request has also been closed Reason' Demo /service not reqd by the customer' .I m shocked and surprised to see the response of LG more so the attitude of the people. I m going to give these details to local news papers also and go to the CONSUMER court for help and redressal
