Termination of the landline connection

I' d terminated the postpaid landline connection of reliance communication service on 26th december '07. i 'd deposit of amount rs.1000 with the concern company. till date i haven't received my deposit refund. the concern company is irrisponsible for this. since 5 months they are ignoring my complaint.

i'd request the company authority to look in to this matter. waiting for reply. thank you.
