I have purchased a new mobile from BIG C.
SAMSUNG WAVE 2 cost 15500/-
with one year warranty.
After 2 weeks that mobile didnt worked properly, its getting hanging, getting over heated, batter back up is very very poor.without using phone also battery is discharging.
after investing this much money (Not 2k or 3k) i have suffred so many problems.
So i have returned that mobile to BIG C.initally they didnt responded to me.they didnt accpeted their mistake more over they are trying to dominating vth their voice.
after i rasied my voice, they come down and took complaint, they sent this mobile to respective customer care services.unfortunately today its been 6th day, i have called to services desk regarding this status, they rare telling it will take month time to rectifie the problem.
Is that the justise?
if i give money to repair i would have get withing hours, ...
very very worst expereance with BIG C
Plz dont go for big c
