I have had purchased a Pilips make 24 Inch LED TV from Keyur Electronics, Paud Road, Kothrud (Purchased in Aug). Within 1 1/2 month Power supply card become faulty. After continues follow-up of 11 days, the representative of Philips service center came with wrong power supply card which is not made for my model. After that i request them for the replacement. Then they are saying that this model is closed by Philips. Till date i didn't get any replacement or repairing services. The complaint was registered to Philips customer care. The complaint no. from Philips is "PPUN0910110001" dated 9th Oct 11. Now they are force me to purchase higher version TV with extra cost, Which i don't want. Kindly look into the matter.
