I purchased a Sony (Sony MH-650 Wired HeadSet 3.5mm Jack) HeadSet worth 1500/- from Big-C Kiran Arcades, S.P.Road, Near CTC. Hyderabad, it was a defective piece (I think they knew about this), the warranty period was upto 1 year. I went back after 3 days and asked them to replace with another piece. They gave me another (defective) piece. The same repeated, then the manager accepted that it was a defective piece for which he did not have any more replacements. He asked me for some time while he get other brand produce worth the same price promising me to resolve my issue. When I wen't back It was same again they did not have any other piece nor did they have anything to close the issue.
It has been one month since I purchased the product which is of no use to me. The Manager Promised me to return my money back, but he is gone missing, not picking up my call. The Manager promised me to return my money but since he is missing, and even the customer care guys are not responding back. I have no option other than filing a case in consumer forum, I will do drag the matter to where ever possible and teach them for this.
