Error type 2

Well,

some weeks before morning when I switched ON the receiver, I Got "First setup" screen and I pressed OK.Signal Quality is shown as "good". But, STB Failed to find any channels and showed "Type (2) Error". Now, I call the big tv customer care he said that first you recharge your STB to resume your services than we w''ll solve your problem I will not recharge my STB due this problem I lodge a camplain to customer care but nobody solve my problem

so kindly let me know what Type (2) Error and the solution of it
