Request to payment bill thourgh online Banking or Credit Card

Sir,

As per telecommunication, we have to discuss regarding Payment of Electric Bill in Bihar State will be Online Banking or Credit Card.

But there is not any process, You say it can be process within 6 six month, but one year later it is not in website http://bseb.bih.nic.in

So, I request again Department Head of IT Mr. Arvind Kumar to please process to online bill Payment of Electric bill in Bihar State.
