Dear Sir,

I am customer of Reliance Communication since long time. One month ago I have ported my Tata Indicom number to Reliance to get better service at low cost. But my decision has become a great mistake for me. I am very disappointed with Reliance’s services. Since one month I am not getting network connection. My cell phone has become just like a dead box for me. I contact with Reliance customer care at daily basis. They assure me to get rid of this problem and also give me different reasons but the result is zero. I am suffering from great loss daily. I have got five different complaints numbers. Two of them are as follows:-
