Reliance Smart
No Network, High Service Taxes

Dear Sir,

I have been using Reliance Smart GSM mobile service from a year or so. The network is so worse that the lines get cut even if ur using in a terrestrial area. Thats not all... I am a life time customer from a year, ...now the monthly rental has been increased and the service taxes are near abt 25% on subsequent recharges.

Please tell me what can i do abt the company!
