Blackberry 8310
Regarding Blackberry Service

Dear Sir,

I have a BSNL blackberry set 8310. The Jack of the Same is not working. I was going to my nearest Blackberry Service Centre - "Redington India Ltd., Station Square, Bhubaneswar - 751001.I reached the centre at 3.00 P.M on 25th June. Mr. Amulya of Blackberry Service told that those persons have purchased Blackberry Set from "Redington India Ltd", the service will be provided by them. This is Blackberry Service? Where do the customers go? What can they Do?
