Not able to dial to stored landline numbers

I m unable to dial to any stored no in my handset.after dailing it is showing 44 on every stored no of landline and call is barred. any how direct dialing can be done

also camera in handset is not working. it is showing bl;ack screen

kindly sugest remedy or provide address phone no service centre of blackberry in east dehli
