Change of the set

Sir,

I had bought the warranty handset of Blackberry 8520 on 02 September, thinking that ill have a better costumer care service and product..but to my surprise within 7 months the handset started having below mentioned problems.

1. Hang but work trying after 4-5min, always show a a small watch whenever i use.

2. Battery- phone light gets on after every 1-2min when phone is on charge.

3. Screen gets clash n blurred for few seconds whenever i use BBM or other application.

4. Trackpad gets in from one side.

5. Calling- if somebody called me then after few mins or hours some other person calls then for few sec phone will show the earlier person's name then after it shows the another person name who actually called.

This is my 5th time sir i m giving my phone for servicing to Lajpat Nagar center, 3times they just updated my phone n give it back to me but again and again i m suffering with this problem..last time on 22nd March i gave my phone for servicing, they told me it will take 7-10 working days without having a stand by phone with a Job Sheet No.- DEL/BB/11/26446 but after 15 days when i visited the store again my handset has been repaired but after 3-4weeks problems occur again..i have talked the head of that store many times but they just say we cant do anything, just the main head office persons can do i.e Banglore head office Redington India Ltd., i said fine and now again i gave my phone on servicing on 12th May with a Job Sheet No.-03897, IMEI NO.- 357827047429233 hoping that now you people changed my set n give me a new phone because one of my friend who is also using the same set the calling problem occurred in his set, just a single problem... when he gave he got a new handset after 15days... This has been the most unsatisfactory and a torturous experience with the 1st relationship that i have had with the Black Berry Family. Now I ask you, What do we do if the 6th time i face the same problem again? Do i keep on submitting the phone to you???

P.S: The only option now left to me is to forward my experience to the masses, through the Media. This is something I would not relish doing as I am and want to continue to be a GOOD CONSUMER.

I would like your attention and appreciate if you could look into the matter and sought it out asap.
