Dear Sir
with reference to the previous mail, I am again inform you that,
I book the order on 30.05. After lot of reminder I got my mobiel after 45 days
unacceptable delay. When I open the box then found mobile was not working & CD was completely lost. then I send it back to you, then you replaced the mobile, at 1/07.now it is not working again.
After long discussion with your customer care executive he refused the mobile replacement, I am giving You the final chance to settled the thing with in days.either repair or replace
otherwise I will go to the press & consumer forum with all evidence.
