Replacement for speakers

Hello,

This complaint is regarding the irresponsibility and lack of ownership by the service team of Onida at noida.

I have bought the TV 2 months earlier. It speaker were not working properly. So I logged a complaint for the same on 30th Oct but till now (26th Nov) nobody turned up.

I hope if this kind of service is provided, then its better not give commitments of good services to customer when they go to buy a product.
