Hi,

I have purchase one Black Berry Handset from Airtel Shop on 3rd April it's ringtone was not coming from Hadset from 07th April, the same complaint was informed to Airtel Shop from where it has been purchased, they aske to come with Handset with all accessories to check whether it's a setting problem or something else. So when next day I have visited their shop then they confirmed that it's ahrdware faulty and Handset needs to be replaced. But before that they just want to get confirmed it from their Service Station before replacement and then they send me to their Service Centre at Camac Street, Kolkata. At service centre thay also confirmed that Hardware is faulty and it needs to be replaced.

But since then it is almost 10 days past they are not giving any response once asking me to go service centre then they are saying the replcaement will be done by Airtel Shop from where I have purchased the Handset.

So, it's been really tough for me as no none is supporting and taking onus to replace it, so please provide the necessary steps to be taken at my end.
