Hello Sir/Madam, My email id:- [email protected] purchased the Blackberry 8900 curve from Vodafone Store at Shahjahanpur (U.P.) on Date 27.06.2009S.no.:- COMMERCIAL-COMMERCIAL-27268Service Tax Regn.no.:- 3201/STR/BAS/LKO-I-06 Blackberry 8900 curve details: IMEI NO. 359485.02.580323.0PIN NO. 258C514BOperating System v4.6.1.250I have two problems in my mobile.1. when I got the SMS and forward to other person then that SMS goes back to my handset with same number but other person got SMS.for example I got the SMS from "12345" saying "hi" and I forward to that SMS to other number "99999" then that SMS which is saying "hi" goes back to me from the same number i.e."99999". But this problem does not occur when I compose the new SMS.2. when I got missed call the red light is not flashing. But red light is flashing at that time when the call is coming. Then I talked to blackberry customer care in 55666 in india.one of blackberry technical supporter had told me to format the device, the other told me that it should corrupted in message folder so delete all SMS, the other told me that it might be operating system corrupted so update the operating system. I followed all their advice. But still the problem is occuring. I mailed that complaint to various department of Vodafone and Blackberry like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. But I didnt get any good response. Further I went to vodafone store and I told them that problem. They said that they can give handset to Blackberry Service Centre at Bangalor so I gave handset on 13.11.2009 but still problem is not solved then I gave handset with customer complaint application letter again to Blackberry Service Centre at Bangalore on 6.01.2010 but still problem is not yet resoved. Then I went to vodafone store, they said we are helpless, we cannot check it, they said me we can again give your handset to bangalore service centre but we cannot take responsibility if the handset is still have problems. Now I am getting irritating of it. I am kindly request to you to solve to my problem.
