Handset not working properly within the warranty period

Hi

I purchased Blackberry 9000 Bold IMEI No.980042000011185 in December from Croma Juhu Store. On May 10 I submitted the Handset at Croma for repair as some of the Keys of were not functioning.

After almost 2 weeks I received shocking report that there are water traces, mening physical damage hence can't be repaired under warranty. I am shocked by such a response and worst is they have also sent a report of the same to me.

I'd been writing to them but no one had responded, infact the Head Servicing Mr. Siva Kumar doesn't even takes up the calls. surprisingly a Service Head is not taking up the calls.

Croma stores too consider themselves absolved and do not respond at all.

Hope to receive some help.
