Delay in Blackberry Service

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Muhammad Javed Khan, purchased one blackberry in June Model Blackberry Curve 9300 3 G from authorised outlet.

since beginning the handset having the hanging problem.

after some time it has no display i used to remove the battery so many times and some time it turn on. on 25.12.2011 I can't make it turn on.

I called to the customer care and the person advised me to submit to the service centre in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

I submit on 27.12. they promised me to give the handset after one week. The receiving slip has one land line no. i.e. 011-32222584

when i tried to contact mostly the phone ringing continuously, some time attended the phone excuse that the handset sent to Bangalore it is taking time and can't promise.

can any body tell me how much it should take time and now a days any body can survive without mobile, where as my blackberry service is active and I am waiting for my phone.

please advise if any blackberry responsible person is receiving this complaint.
