Handset not start after putting the the new SIM

I am using blackberry curve 3G 9300 handset. The problem is that i m currently using aircel operator and when i m change the SIM card my blackberry handset got stuck after booting, only blackberry screen can display for unlimited time. I m not understand what's the problem. I consult with aircel cust care and blackberry also. still i don't get any solution.my email id is [email protected]
