Blackberry 9700d by vendor
Handheld not change

I have a blackberry bold 9700 for which a DOA certificate is issued by the service center but the vendor Janta Watch House in Gandhi Nagar (East Delhi) is not issuing a new handset. I have the mobile with complete acc, valid bill and the DOA certificate. Please help
